About Talley Site Services

Owner-Operated, Locally Based

Talley Site Services is owned and operated by Cody Talley, based in Caddo Mills, TX. We work with property managers and business owners across Northeast Dallas-Fort Worth to keep commercial parking lots and site exteriors safe, compliant, and well maintained.

Being owner-operated means the person who quotes your job is the same person who shows up to do it. We scope work to what your property actually needs, communicate clearly from estimate to completion, and stand behind the results.

What We Focus On

Our core work is parking lot striping, asphalt repair, and ongoing parking lot maintenance — the services that keep a commercial lot safe, ADA-compliant, and presentable. We also handle the smaller site details — bollards, signage, wheel stops, fencing and gates, dumpster enclosures, concrete work, and punch-list items — that come up around a property.
